Zero Dealership ("we", "us", "our") is an independent automotive concierge and consulting service operating at zerodealership.com. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealership and we do not sell vehicles.

When you submit our lead form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), zip code, vehicle preferences (make, model, condition, budget), your preferred call time and time zone, and any notes you provide.

When you purchase our service, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe may collect billing details subject to its own privacy policy.

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure advertising performance. This collects standard technical data such as pages visited, browser type, and interactions with our site.

We use your information solely to: contact you at your requested time about your free audit, provide our car-buying concierge services, process payments, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate (Stripe for payments, Meta for ad measurement, our email delivery provider for notifications).

By submitting the lead form, you consent to being contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry. We do not send marketing spam. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text or emailing us.

Lead information is retained in our secure database while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
