Terms of Service

Zero Dealership provides an automotive concierge and consulting service: vehicle sourcing, independent inspection coordination, deal auditing, price negotiation on your behalf, and transport logistics coordination. We are an independent consulting service. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealership, broker-dealer, or lender, and we do not take ownership of or sell vehicles.

Our service is provided for a flat retainer of $1,499 per vehicle engagement, payable via Stripe.

The Guarantee: before work begins, we establish a written baseline price for your target vehicle — the dealership's first written worksheet or quote if you provide one, the advertised listing price, or documented live market value if we source the vehicle for you. If the final negotiated price does not reflect savings greater than our $1,499 fee against that written baseline, your retainer is refunded in full.

You agree to provide accurate information, to review and approve all final purchase documents yourself before signing, and to understand that the vehicle purchase contract is between you and the selling dealership. We advise; you decide and sign.

Zero Dealership is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Carvana, CarMax, or any other automotive manufacturer, retailer, or franchise trademark mentioned on this website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our relationships are with independent franchised dealerships.

We coordinate independent third-party inspections and transport but do not warrant vehicle condition, title status, or transport carrier performance. Savings figures shown as examples on this site are illustrative of our process, not guarantees of specific outcomes beyond the written guarantee in Section 2.
